- Provide call center support by answering Team Members' questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies
- Educate Team Members on payroll policies and HR guidelines to ensure compliance
- Meet service metrics for accessibility, processing volume, and quality while managing incoming correspondence
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of personal computers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
