Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee benefits budgets to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Utilize HR technology to enhance benefits administration and drive project management for ongoing benefits initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 8+ years of experience in benefits design and administration with leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of benefit laws and regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, and FMLA
  • Experience with multi-state PTO and leave programs, including Canada
  • Familiarity with Workday HCM and Benefits Modules
