Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive benefits strategy to attract and retain talent in a remote work environment
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee benefits budgets to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Utilize HR technology to enhance benefits administration and drive project management for ongoing benefits initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 8+ years of experience in benefits design and administration with leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of benefit laws and regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, and FMLA
- Experience with multi-state PTO and leave programs, including Canada
- Familiarity with Workday HCM and Benefits Modules
