Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to engineering leaders, addressing business challenges and developing scalable solutions
  • Lead HR processes related to performance and development, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and growth
  • Manage complex employee relations issues and mentor junior members of the People team
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years as an HR Business Partner in a technology organization
  • Proven experience partnering with senior software engineering leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and solve problems independently
  • Experience mentoring junior HR professionals on various people-related topics
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and change management
