A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter with full lifecycle recruiting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute activities supporting the full lifecycle recruitment process across various business lines
- Identify qualified talent through creative sourcing methods and manage multiple job requisitions concurrently
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years' recruiting experience, preferably in government contracting
- Demonstrated experience in technical, program management, and/or corporate recruiting
- Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software applications
- Familiarity with online job boards/websites
