- Coaching and guiding the end-to-end recruiting process from intake through offer extension
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as an expert Engineering/Tech Recruiter in a product-led company
- Experience in end-to-end, full cycle recruiting
- Experience directly supporting tech hiring initiatives and sprints in India preferred
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing workflows
- Experience with Boolean search and talent mapping activities
