• Attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent for all technical positions
• Engaging with executive teams and hiring managers to qualify requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Coaching and guiding the end-to-end recruiting process from intake through offer extension

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an expert Engineering/Tech Recruiter in a product-led company
• Experience in end-to-end, full cycle recruiting
• Experience directly supporting tech hiring initiatives and sprints in India preferred
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing workflows
• Experience with Boolean search and talent mapping activities
