• Manage personnel, including coaching and development
• Monitor work distribution and prioritize tasks to minimize risks

Qualifications

• 0-4+ years of experience in People Management
• 5-7+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in multi-state/multi-specialty
• High School Graduate or equivalent education
• Experience in managing timekeeping systems
• Ability to train and retrain team members as needed
