Membership Committee Interviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Membership Committee member to conduct interviews and assess prospective members' alignment with the organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews with prospective members to evaluate alignment with the organization's mission and culture
• Document detailed notes from each interview and provide recommendations on candidate acceptance
• Collaborate with the membership team to ensure a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a people-facing role such as sales, community management, or recruiting
• Strong active listening skills and ability to build rapport with candidates
• Charismatic and extroverted personality, capable of putting candidates at ease
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups
• Passion for community building and creating meaningful connections
