- Source, engage, and present highly qualified technology professionals
- Lead comprehensive technical intake calls with clients to understand role requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from initial outreach through onboarding
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of technology recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
- Strong background recruiting for healthcare IT roles (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead detailed technical intake calls
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Bullhorn
- Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
