Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal, People (HR) M&A Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage detailed project work plans for M&A transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve M&A processes and tools
- Engage with teams to identify and resolve risks impacting M&A project plans
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of M&A project/program management experience, preferably in HR
- Proven experience leading multiple projects from initiation to completion
- Expertise in project management software and advanced Excel functions
- Proficient with Google Workspace tools and other cloud-based tools
- Experience with Workday HCM is highly preferred
