Senior Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, coordination, and offer negotiation
• Utilize Greenhouse ATS and GoodTime scheduling to optimize the recruitment process

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup or venture capital environment
• 2+ years of experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• 1+ years of experience with GoodTime scheduling
• Experience with U.S. Department of Defense cleared recruiting and hiring
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
