Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, coordination, and offer negotiation
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS and GoodTime scheduling to optimize the recruitment process
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup or venture capital environment
- 2+ years of experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- 1+ years of experience with GoodTime scheduling
- Experience with U.S. Department of Defense cleared recruiting and hiring
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
