Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to provide interim leadership to their People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance and operational oversight to the People Operations team during maternity leave
  • Lead processes related to year-end performance reviews, compensation planning, learning & development, talent management, and culture building
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on performance, talent engagement, and development matters
Required Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in multiple HR/People Operations functions
  • Experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment is preferred
  • Proven ability to manage evolving priorities with exceptional organizational skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Effective collaboration skills in a team-oriented culture
