Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to provide interim leadership to their People Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance and operational oversight to the People Operations team during maternity leave
- Lead processes related to year-end performance reviews, compensation planning, learning & development, talent management, and culture building
- Serve as a trusted advisor on performance, talent engagement, and development matters
Required Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in multiple HR/People Operations functions
- Experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment is preferred
- Proven ability to manage evolving priorities with exceptional organizational skills
- Demonstrated initiative and a solutions-focused mindset
