A company is looking for an HR Services Administrator II (Bilingual Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to managers and associates regarding HR, benefits, and payroll inquiries
- Manage high volumes of associate inquiries through various communication channels
- Support all HR disciplines including payroll, associate relations, and talent management processes
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a business, customer service, HR, or related environment
- Bilingual (read, speak and write) in Spanish
- HR, benefits, or payroll background preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential, and time-sensitive environment
