Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Services Administrator II (Bilingual Spanish).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to managers and associates regarding HR, benefits, and payroll inquiries
  • Manage high volumes of associate inquiries through various communication channels
  • Support all HR disciplines including payroll, associate relations, and talent management processes
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a business, customer service, HR, or related environment
  • Bilingual (read, speak and write) in Spanish
  • HR, benefits, or payroll background preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential, and time-sensitive environment
