Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers on employee relations matters
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and conduct investigations to improve workplace environments
  • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, identifying trends and recommending interventions
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in general human resources at the exempt level in a multi-state/location environment
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, and ADAAA
  • 5 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (preferred)
