Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage high-volume recruitment for clinical and administrative positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle, high-volume recruitment and partner with hiring managers to attract quality candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and extend job offers while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients
- Facilitate New Employee Orientation and manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience in an HR environment, preferably in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of education
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR and employment law
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
