Job Summary

A company is looking for an Absence Management Specialist to support employee inquiries regarding leave of absence processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for leave of absence requests, assisting employees and guiding them through the process
  • Manage the leave administration process from initial notice to return to work, including eligibility decisions and documentation review
  • Provide customer service and guidance regarding leave cases to employees, managers, and HR


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Leave of Absence case management
  • Knowledge of US federal and state leave laws
  • Knowledge of Canada federal and provincial leave laws
  • Experience with customer service technologies
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
