Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles
- Manage and monitor the recruitment process in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and timelines
Qualifications
- Proven HR experience at the Manager level, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of operations, supply chain, sourcing, and quality functions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Experience working within structured Talent Acquisition processes and systems
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; Bachelor's degree preferred
