Disability Claims Unit Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AMS Unit Leader to manage a team investigating Disability and Absence claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide team members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources for success
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback linked to individual behaviors and objectives
• Facilitate team meetings to manage inventory and communicate updates

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Disability and/or Absence Management experience
• Comprehensive understanding of disability and absence management contractual provisions
• Basic knowledge of medical conditions and FMLA/PFML requirements
• Ability to partner with internal and external customers
• Associate Degree preferred
