Job Summary
A company is looking for an AMS Unit Leader to manage a team investigating Disability and Absence claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide team members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources for success
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback linked to individual behaviors and objectives
- Facilitate team meetings to manage inventory and communicate updates
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Disability and/or Absence Management experience
- Comprehensive understanding of disability and absence management contractual provisions
- Basic knowledge of medical conditions and FMLA/PFML requirements
- Ability to partner with internal and external customers
- Associate Degree preferred
