Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workday HCM configuration projects across Talent, Compensation, Performance, and Security
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and BIRT reports to support HR operations
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and manage integrations
Required Qualifications
- Proven Workday configuration and Workday Recruiting experience
- Hands-on VNDLY or vendor management system integration expertise
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to manage sensitive data with precision
- Experience preparing for and managing Workday upgrades and feature rollouts
