Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with a focus on US and Canadian compliance
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and taxation rules in the US and Canada
  • Experience in a global company with multi-country payroll responsibilities
  • Proficient in payroll systems and HRIS platforms, with Dayforce experience preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail regarding data integrity and confidentiality
