- Oversee US and Canadian benefit programs, leading annual renewals and vendor management
- Maintain compliance with payroll and benefits filings and support internal and external audits
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with a focus on US and Canadian compliance
- Solid understanding of labor laws and taxation rules in the US and Canada
- Experience in a global company with multi-country payroll responsibilities
- Proficient in payroll systems and HRIS platforms, with Dayforce experience preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail regarding data integrity and confidentiality
