Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Reporting, Analytics & Compliance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compensation reports and dashboards, analyze compensation data for trends, and prepare detailed reports for management
- Lead Pay Equity and Pay Transparency projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and assisting with audits
- Conduct market research for competitive compensation practices and manage compensation-related projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, focusing on regional or international practices
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power Apps, Qlik, Tableau)
- Experience with Global Pay Equity Tools is a plus
- Familiarity with compensation practices, salary structures, and market benchmarking
