Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Staff HRIS Analyst specializing in Workday Advanced Compensation and Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support Workday's compensation and performance modules, ensuring accurate processes
- Collaborate with HR, Total Rewards, and Talent Management teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for compensation, talent, and performance data to support data-driven decision making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 4-6 years of HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in hands-on Workday configuration
- Deep knowledge of Workday Advanced Compensation and Performance Management modules
- Experience supporting annual merit/bonus cycles and performance review processes in Workday
- Workday Pro certification in Advanced Compensation and/or Performance Management is preferred
