A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Human Resources Officer and manage office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CHRO's calendar, travel, and complex scheduling while preparing briefing materials and meeting agendas
- Oversee daily headquarters operations, vendor relationships, and office supply management
- Plan and execute corporate events, managing logistics and vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a tech/software environment
- 3+ years of office administration experience
- 2+ years of event planning and coordination experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
