Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Administration Associate to configure and oversee a cloud-based benefits administration tool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols
  • Configure open enrollment lifecycle to meet customer workflow needs
  • Serve as the Ben Admin platform single point of contact for customers post-implementation
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience with a Benefit Technology Administration Platform, highly preferred
  • Current life and health insurance license, preferred
  • 2 years' work experience in a broker agency, benefit administration firm, carrier or TPA, preferred
  • Driven, self-motivated, and disciplined with a positive attitude
  • Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
