Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Administration Associate to configure and oversee a cloud-based benefits administration tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols
- Configure open enrollment lifecycle to meet customer workflow needs
- Serve as the Ben Admin platform single point of contact for customers post-implementation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience with a Benefit Technology Administration Platform, highly preferred
- Current life and health insurance license, preferred
- 2 years' work experience in a broker agency, benefit administration firm, carrier or TPA, preferred
- Driven, self-motivated, and disciplined with a positive attitude
- Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
