Senior People Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve scalable, automated, and AI-enabled People Ops processes throughout the employee lifecycle
• Develop, implement, and govern global HR policies in collaboration with Legal and Compliance
• Build and maintain a proactive global HR compliance roadmap and enhance employee self-service through automation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR operations with a focus on process improvement in a global environment
• Expertise in HR systems, particularly Workday, with a passion for AI and automation
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple business units such as Payroll, IT, and Finance
• Data-driven approach with emphasis on operational efficiency and compliance
• Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and building compliance roadmaps
