A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve scalable, automated, and AI-enabled People Ops processes throughout the employee lifecycle
- Develop, implement, and govern global HR policies in collaboration with Legal and Compliance
- Build and maintain a proactive global HR compliance roadmap and enhance employee self-service through automation
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HR operations with a focus on process improvement in a global environment
- Expertise in HR systems, particularly Workday, with a passion for AI and automation
- Strong collaboration skills across multiple business units such as Payroll, IT, and Finance
- Data-driven approach with emphasis on operational efficiency and compliance
- Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and building compliance roadmaps
