Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to achieve business goals through HR support
- Lead merit and performance management programs and develop employee engagement initiatives
- Manage employee relations matters and participate in HR projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of HR Advisor experience
- 2 years of experience in the Computer Software industry
- Experience with HR program development and execution
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, with Workday experience preferred
- Project management skills and ability to work collaboratively across all employee levels
