Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to achieve business goals through HR support
• Lead merit and performance management programs and develop employee engagement initiatives
• Manage employee relations matters and participate in HR projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of HR Advisor experience
• 2 years of experience in the Computer Software industry
• Experience with HR program development and execution
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, with Workday experience preferred
• Project management skills and ability to work collaboratively across all employee levels
