A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst V.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed investigations from start to finish, including interviews and data analysis
- Synthesize findings, draft comprehensive reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain clear communication with involved parties, management, and HR teams throughout the investigative process
Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to conduct and manage complex investigations
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information effectively
- Experience in employment law or a related field is preferred
- Candidates with a J.D. or formal credentials in workplace investigations or fraud examination will be given preference
