Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leaves Administrator to manage and coordinate leave of absence requests and workplace accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage various types of leave and accommodation requests in compliance with applicable laws
- Facilitate the interactive process for ADA compliance and document reasonable accommodations
- Maintain accurate records and stay updated on evolving leave laws and policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in leave of absence case management in a multi-state environment
- Thorough understanding of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA
- Proven experience managing the ADA interactive process
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
