Tennessee Licensed Workday HRIS Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Workday HRIS Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural strategy and governance for Workday and integrated HR systems
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Employee Experience leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on system solutions and integrations
• Oversee the configuration, testing, and validation of Workday modules and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Workday Certification(s) and deep knowledge of Workday HCM core, security, and integration architecture
• Minimum of 7 years of Workday experience, including configuration, implementation, testing, and architecture
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle Workday deployments or major enhancements
• Solid understanding of HR data privacy, compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and security best practices
• Project or program management experience; PMP or similar certification preferred
