Key Responsibilities
- Support HR operational processes and services focusing on employee experience and data integrity
- Manage employee inquiries and HR ticketing, providing first-level benefits and payroll support
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with payroll and benefits regulations
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Payroll
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or management-related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to change
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Experience with HRIS, Slack, Zendesk, and Microsoft Suite preferred
