Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including candidate assessment, initial phone screens, and facilitating interviews
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and ongoing management
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates

• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
• Ability to exceed performance expectations and implement feedback effectively
• Possesses strong time prioritization skills and flexibility in changing priorities
