A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst to support, configure, and optimize Workday modules across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday modules and translate business requirements into system configurations
- Provide end-user support, develop training materials, and deliver system training
- Ensure data accuracy through audits and maintain reports and dashboards for HR metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience supporting Workday systems
- Proficiency in Workday configuration and data management
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
- Experience with Talent Acquisition and Learning modules
- Workday certification(s) required
