Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR - Payroll & Benefits professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process multi-state payroll and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
  • Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and audits
  • Support general HR functions such as onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required
  • 3-5+ years of HR experience with payroll and benefits administration
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPP certification preferred
  • Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll systems
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, benefits compliance, and payroll regulations
