Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Oversee regional People processes including performance management and benefits administration
- Support employee development initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of People experience with regional process management and employment law familiarity
- Proven experience managing People processes across the US
- Solid understanding of US employment law and People compliance
- Experience with HRS systems and data reporting tools preferred
