A company is looking for a Manager, Human Capital to support the Human Capital function in their Lisbon office.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive talent acquisition strategies and manage the candidate experience
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, driving engagement and compliance with local labor laws
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in Recruiting or HR Generalist roles
- In-depth knowledge of Portuguese labor laws and regulations
- Experience in the IT sector preferred
- Proven leadership experience in managing departments and teams
