Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist - Talent Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Development team with organizational strategy, projects, communications, and compliance
- Track communications, schedule training sessions, and update internal program pages
- Assist in creating training materials and managing the internal Learning Management System (LMS)
Required Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Prior experience meeting deadlines
- Proactive communication with peers and leaders
