Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to define needs and prioritize searches
• Map engineering talent across various domains and track talent movement to identify sourcing opportunities
• Develop authentic messaging and engage with talent through various platforms and communities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition or related experience, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of end-to-end talent sourcing experience
• 4+ years of technical talent sourcing experience
• Experience sourcing for software engineering roles across various functions
• Familiarity with modern sourcing platforms and talent mapping across multiple profiles
