Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to define needs and prioritize searches
- Map engineering talent across various domains and track talent movement to identify sourcing opportunities
- Develop authentic messaging and engage with talent through various platforms and communities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition or related experience, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of end-to-end talent sourcing experience
- 4+ years of technical talent sourcing experience
- Experience sourcing for software engineering roles across various functions
- Familiarity with modern sourcing platforms and talent mapping across multiple profiles
