Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of internal recruiting experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Experience hiring for GTM roles such as Paid Media, SEO, and Retention
- Proven track record of delivering a positive candidate experience
- Experience with recruiting tools like Pinpoint and/or Ashby is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a fast-paced environment
