Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main People point of contact for the assigned client group, building trusted relationships with employees and leaders
- Support performance management, change management, employee relations, career growth, and manager development
- Use data to identify trends, share insights, and recommend actions to enhance team success
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations
- Strong understanding of HR fundamentals including employee relations and performance management
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated track record of taking initiative and delivering results
