A company is looking for a Certification Lead to support customer needs in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document certification processes and procedures
- Review certification artifacts to ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and metrics
- Update and maintain the Certification Support Management Plan
Required Qualifications
- Three (3+) years of experience in MMIS Certification
- Two (2+) years of experience in OBC/SMC certification
- Three (3+) years of experience managing Medicaid or Major Health Care Payer Projects
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Information Technology Architecture (MITA) 3.0 and Medicaid Transformation initiatives
