A company is looking for an HRIS Manager to optimize and manage HR systems and data infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for Workday, managing configuration, security, workflows, and integrations
- Partner with stakeholders to design and implement efficient HRIS processes
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience administering HRIS platforms, preferably in high-growth environments
- Strong hands-on experience with system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Workday administration across multiple modules
- Familiarity with HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
- Understanding of compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
