Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Analytics Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the end-to-end people analytics strategy, roadmap, and reporting infrastructure
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders and monitor people metrics for trends and opportunities
- Partner with Talent Enablement and other teams to align insights with action and enhance organizational fluency in people analytics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or similar roles
- Expertise in People tools, survey tools, and data visualization tools
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
- Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks from scratch
- Proven ability to influence decisions using data and communicate insights to non-technical audiences
