Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead recruiting efforts for their Outside Sales organization and support key Engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish best practices and scalable processes as the first in-house recruiter
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
- Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
Required Qualifications
- 4-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments
- Proven success in recruiting for outside sales and technical roles
- Experience with creative sourcing techniques and proactive candidate outreach
- Familiarity with Lever or similar ATS platforms
- Ability to operate autonomously and build processes from scratch
