Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and implement standardized interviewing strategies
- Drive effective hiring programs and optimize recruitment processes
- Lead and develop the Recruiting Ops team while supporting scaling initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- 2+ years in a Recruiting Operations Manager role within a startup or growing tech company
- 2+ years of experience managing people
- Extensive ATS experience, preferably with Ashby
- Experience developing internal training programs
