Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting to lead a team focused on acquiring talent for Product and Engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, focusing on hiring for positions up to the Senior Director level
  • Develop and implement strategic hiring plans and refine recruitment processes
  • Build partnerships with senior leadership and oversee the creation of hiring strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years in a people-management role
  • Proven experience in developing high-performing recruiting teams
  • Experience driving sourcing and recruitment strategies, as well as process optimization
  • Familiarity with various ATS and recruiting tools; experience with Greenhouse and Ashby is a plus
  • Experience in the FinTech or Payments space is a nice-to-have
