Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting to lead a team focused on acquiring talent for Product and Engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, focusing on hiring for positions up to the Senior Director level
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans and refine recruitment processes
- Build partnerships with senior leadership and oversee the creation of hiring strategies
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years in a people-management role
- Proven experience in developing high-performing recruiting teams
- Experience driving sourcing and recruitment strategies, as well as process optimization
- Familiarity with various ATS and recruiting tools; experience with Greenhouse and Ashby is a plus
- Experience in the FinTech or Payments space is a nice-to-have
