Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on mid to senior-level roles in the pharma industry
• Proven ability to create and execute successful recruitment strategies in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms such as Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Flexibility to work independently in a freelance/contractor role
