A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on mid to senior-level roles in the pharma industry
- Proven ability to create and execute successful recruitment strategies in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms such as Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Flexibility to work independently in a freelance/contractor role
