Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, People Process & Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Support maintenance and enhancements of the Workday system by gathering business requirements and coordinating user acceptance testing
- Identify and implement methods for improving functional processes in collaboration with Payroll, Finance, IT, and HR teams
- Troubleshoot functional and configuration issues, monitor inquiries, and document day-to-day operations of Workday
Required Qualifications
- At least 8+ years of experience working in Human Resources
- 2-3 years of experience with Workday HCM and configuration
- Knowledge of requirement gathering techniques and project management methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in an international company
