Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, People Process & Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support maintenance and enhancements of the Workday system by gathering business requirements and coordinating user acceptance testing
  • Identify and implement methods for improving functional processes in collaboration with Payroll, Finance, IT, and HR teams
  • Troubleshoot functional and configuration issues, monitor inquiries, and document day-to-day operations of Workday
Required Qualifications
  • At least 8+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • 2-3 years of experience with Workday HCM and configuration
  • Knowledge of requirement gathering techniques and project management methodologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in an international company
