Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day talent-related initiatives across the G+A team
- Lead small change initiatives and assist with annual compensation planning and performance review processes
- Gather and analyze people-related data to build quarterly reports that provide insights for decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of HR functions and their contribution to business goals
- Experience supporting core HR functions such as onboarding and employee inquiries
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms like Workday and Google Suite
- Comfortable using data to support decisions and inform people initiatives
- Eager to develop skills in talent planning and organizational effectiveness
