Job Summary

A company is looking for a DOL TAP Virtual Employment Navigator for a nationwide remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist transitioning servicemembers and spouses with career action plans and job search guidance
• Provide labor market information, identify job requirements, and advise on credentialing paths
• Connect clients to DOL-approved partners and provide resources for apprenticeship opportunities

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree
• Knowledge of the civilian workplace and military skill translation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and virtual meeting platforms
• Ability to work well with the military community
• Stable internet connection and availability for shifts between 8:00 AM-9:00 PM EST
