HCM Reporting Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HCM Reporting Sr. Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage data to support HR reporting and metrics for leadership
• Provide analytical solutions for HR needs and improve data management processes
• Translate detailed requirements into meaningful reports for end users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university required
• 3-5 years of experience in an analytics role utilizing Oracle required
• 1-2 years of HR Reporting experience required
• Experience with Google data analytics platforms preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Clinical, or Computer discipline preferred
