Physician Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter responsible for maintaining and expanding the physician panel.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate physician agreement terms and maintain existing physician records
• Onboard new physicians based on client needs and handle complex client requests
• Support contract renegotiations and fulfill high-priority open service requests (OSRs)

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of physician recruitment experience in a healthcare or insurance environment
• Familiarity with provider networks and healthcare operations
• Deep understanding of physician recruitment and medical specialties
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
