Job Summary
A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter responsible for maintaining and expanding the physician panel.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate physician agreement terms and maintain existing physician records
- Onboard new physicians based on client needs and handle complex client requests
- Support contract renegotiations and fulfill high-priority open service requests (OSRs)
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of physician recruitment experience in a healthcare or insurance environment
- Familiarity with provider networks and healthcare operations
- Deep understanding of physician recruitment and medical specialties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
